The study compared ‘whiter’ and ‘Black’ among Korean and Chinese Color Terms as basic materials for medium-level Korean language education for Chinese speakers. The reason why I chose ‘Black’ and ‘whiter’ colors among color words is because ‘Black’ and ‘whiter’ have been treated in every language, and they have been recognized as the most basic color and vocabulary important color. In this study, Korean and Chinese Color Terms were correlated with the meaning of concepts in idioms and how they were linked to human emotions and internal psychological states. According to a study of the idiomatic words “Black” and “whiter” in Korean and Chinese expressions, the two countries were influenced by yinyango events, but they also shared their own cultural differences. The paper explained words that were expressed differently from the similarities between Chinese and Korean. Through these explanations, Chinese learners of Korean language are encouraged to help them understand and acquire a better understanding of the meaning and use of words according to cultural background in learning the expression of Color Terms.
