본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 학생의 진로상담에 관한 국내연구를 선정하여 분석하고 연구 동향을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 통해 향후 다문화가정 학생의 진로상담 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2010년부터 2020년 4월까지 학회지에 게재된 논문 중 ‘다문화’, ‘진로’, ‘다문화 진로’, ‘다문화 학생’과 ‘진로상담’을 핵심어로 선정된 논문을 3차례의 선정 및 배제 과정을 통하여 총 58편을 분석하였다. 분석의 틀은 선행연구 분석과 두 차례의 범주화와 평정 및 점검 과정을 수행하여 기본정보, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제로 범주화하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 다문화가정 학생 진로상담 관련 논문은 교육, 상담심리, 청소년, 사회복지 분야 등에서 꾸준히 출간되고 있다. 둘째, 다문화가정 학생을 구분하지 않고 연구된 논문이 많았고, 중, 고등학생이 주로 연구에 참여하였고 패널데이터가 많이 사용되었다. 셋째, 연구방법은 주로 양적 연구가 사용되었다. 넷째, 연구주제는 진로발달, 진로장벽, 진로태도 등 진로 관련 변인이 다루어졌고 진로상담 프로그램에서는 진로성숙도, 진로결정 효능감, 진로인식과 진로집단상담이 다루어졌다.
The purpose of this study is to select and analyze domestic studies on career counseling for students from multicultural families, and to explore research trends. Through this, we intend to contribute to the development of career counseling research for students from multicultural families. This study was selected three times from 2010 to April 2020 research papers selected as key words of 'multicultural', 'career', 'multicultural career', 'multicultural students' and 'career counseling'. And a total of 58 pieces were analyzed through the exclusion process. When deriving the analysis framework, the analysis was conducted by categorizing it into basic information, research objects, research methods, and research subjects by conducting two categories of prior research analysis and evaluation. As a result of the research, first, multicultural family student career counseling papers are continually published in education, counseling psychology, youth, and social welfare. Second, there were many papers that were studied without classifying multicultural family students, middle and high school students mainly participated in the research, and panel data was used a lot. Third, quantitative research was mainly used for the research method. Fourth, research topics included career development, career barriers, career attitudes, and career counseling programs. Career maturity, career decision efficacy, career recognition, and career group counseling were covered. The results of this analysis made suggestions for the study.
