The Korean Association of International Culture Exchange (KAICE) is pleased to announce that the 21st International Conference will take place at the Academy of Public Administration of Vietnam (APAG), Hanoi, from January 21 (Wednesday) to January 23 (Friday), 2026.
The conference theme, "Diversity and Intercultural Practices in Multicultural Societies,"invites scholars and experts to share their recent research, exchange academic knowledge, and build networks across disciplines.
We warmly invite prospective participants to submit abstracts.

• Thursday, January 22: Field seminar & local cultural field trip 01 (Son Tay City & Duong Lam Village,  visit to Vietnamese universities with Korean Studies)

• Friday, January 23: Field trip 02 (Mural Village, Le Dynasty Temple)

4. Registration Fee & Support

• Registration Fee:

• Partial Registration: 100,000 KRW (Conference only)

• Full Registration: 200,000 KRW (Conference and Field Trip)

• Included:

• Conference materials (provided via Google Drive PDF)

• Lunch and dinner during the conference (Day 2)

• Full field trip program (round-trip transportation, admission fees, meals)

• Support:

• Submission fee waiver for papers submitted to the KCI-indexed journals Cultural Exchange and Multicultural Education(Korean) and Multiculturalism and Education(Korean & English).

• Refund Policy:

• Submit refund request via Google Form (link will be provided).

• Full refund: until November 8, 2025

• 50% refund: from November 9 to December 12, 2025

• No refund: after December 13, 2025
